This agreement is between Sanober Azam and the undersigned

relating to Mehendi services taking place on

                 Bridal Mehendi ………………………………………………......…… $: 200.00 

                Bridal Mehendi covers both hands front and back from the middle of the forearm till the fingertips

                and feet from ankles below. If client desires more than the above mentioned coverage,

                charges will increase accordingly.  

                On site service charge……………………………………...…………$:   25.00 & above 

                Mehendi for friends and family (palms till fingertips) ………..……. $:     7.00 & above

                (depending on the design and coverage of palm)

                    Design on back of hand ...................................................................... $:     3.00 & above.

                For on site services a minimum of $: 300.00 of business is required.

                Any additional charges for parking facility will be the clients responsibility.                

                A deposit of $ 100.00 is retained upon acceptance of this contract. The fee is non refundable.

                A final payment of the remaining balance will be due on the day services are rendered.

                Failure to do so will result in a charge of $ 25.00 a day until the payment is received in full.

                Both parties agree to the total cost of the services rendered on the above mentioned dates.
